1. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products (LUTs, presets, editing assets, etc.),

All sales are final

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the product is purchased and delivered.

2. Why No Refund?

Since digital products are:

• Instantly accessible after purchase
• Cannot be “returned”
• Easily duplicated or copied

Therefore, we maintain a strict no refund policy to prevent misuse.

3. Exceptions (Very Limited Cases)

Refunds may only be considered in the following rare situations:

Duplicate Payment

• If you were charged twice for the same product

Technical Issue

• If the product file is corrupted or not accessible
• AND our support team is unable to resolve the issue

In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of purchase

4. No Refund in These Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided if:

• You changed your mind after purchase
• You don’t know how to use the product
• Your software/device is not compatible
• You expected different results
• You purchased by mistake
